The staff here at Dentiistst of Silver Spring is fabulous, very professional.And every staff member is personable, great service.

Everyone here is just so professional and nice!! From the woman at the front desk who checked me in today with her nice glasses and beautiful hair lol and pleasant attitude when assisting me with setting up my payments (sooo sorry her name is escaping me right now), to Billy who does my X-rays each appointment with total care and professionalism, to Dr. Chessia Thomas herself who is always beyond nice and informative and always goes the extra mile to make sure I understand what she’s doing and why—I felt NO pain today during my cleaning and fillings. Everything was done so efficiently & wait times are always practically nonexistent. Dr. Thomas and Dorsa made me feel so comfortable when I started to freak out when I couldn’t feel my nose after the numbing lol they assured me that I was completely safe and everything was totally normal and routine. They even offered to let me stick around until numbing completely wore off. BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE! I cannot thank all of them enough & I hope all of their pillows are always the correct temperature lol They have a client in me for the foreseeable future! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! See you all in May!!

I had a really positive experience at Dentists of Silver Spring. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel at ease. They completed my fillings with minimal discomfort and treated me with kindness and zero judgment, which meant a lot to me. I will be returning for my cleaning in 6 months. :)
