Best dentist office I have been to period

A fun environment with great patient-focused care - Likes * All specialists are knowledgeable and very caring * The payment and insurance process were respectful (not a lot of “intensity”) * Practice moto was very well meant: “We will try to complete all of our recommended treatment plan in as few visits as possible” * Very clean and well kept offices and lobbies * Not one medical professional failed to smile while I was in office (A quite happy bunch) - Suggestions for Change * Had an oral cancer screening conducted that was part of a promotion (which I wasn't informed of until the payment process, the promotion itself (first time visitors get the cost of the treatment covered) negated the cost. The process was a bit circuitous and could be improved with a small discussion prior to the start of the visit * The visit time was a bit elongated towards the end of my time in office, ( A busy practice is a good sign though!). If I could request any change towards this it would be a small check-in while waiting (dental hygienist or whomever happens to be free) All in all will be well worth your time to visit, these are capital p professionals. Will be looking forward to continuing my time with a dedicated practice such as this one.

I had a great experience with Dr. Thomas. Destinee is great. Dae and Jordan are awesome too. First the cons. Since the pros outweigh them. The copay is pretty high. I don’t know, maybe I just didn’t realize dentistry costs this much. Maybe that’s on me for not researching or shopping around, if that’s even possible lol. But I definitely didn’t expect thousands in copay. Now that said, the people there are top notch. Starting with Destinee. She really knows her stuff when it comes to insurance and was amazing to communicate with. Pay that woman lol. Jordan and Dae were great too. They have an amazing approach to patient care and interaction. And finally Dr. Thomas. 5 star bedside manners. Knows her stuff. Explains everything clearly. I definitely felt heard. My only real con is the pricing on the provider side after insurance and just how expensive dental care is overall. That feels more like a system issue than anything else it seems though! All in all I would give it a 4.5 stars out of 5. Taking half a point off for pricing.
